How to Care for Your Minky Blanket

Your blanket is made to last. With a little care, it’ll stay soft, bright, and cozy for years. Here’s everything you need to know.

Washing

• Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
• Use a mild detergent — no bleach, no fabric softener
• Wash alone or with similar fabrics to prevent pilling
• Turn inside out to protect the surface

Drying

• Tumble dry low or air dry flat
• No high heat — it can damage the fibers and cause matting
• Remove promptly from the dryer to prevent wrinkles

Fabric-Specific Tips

Milan Minky

Our silkiest fabric. Wash cold, dry low. Avoid washing with rough fabrics that could snag the surface.

Himalayan Minky

The chunky sherpa texture. Wash cold on gentle. Shake out after drying to restore the loft.

Bunny Minky

Ultra-plush and soft. Same care as Milan — cold wash, low dry. The softness stays wash after wash.

Embossed Luxe

The texture is pressed into the fabric. Cold wash keeps the pattern crisp. Avoid high heat.

General Tips

• Don’t iron directly on the minky surface
• Store folded or rolled — not compressed under heavy items
• Pet hair comes off easily with a lint roller
